Welcome!
My name is Rachel and I am a Certified Veterinary Technician. What does that mean? I went to a nationally accredited 2 year college, completed my AAS degree in Veterinary Science and passed the VTNE exam. (Veterinary Technician National Exam) Our services include, but not limited to, subcutaneous fluids, insulin injections, medication administration, and wound/post op care.
Throughout my almost 20 years of experience in this field, I have found that there is a need for at home veterinary nursing care. Whether it is because the owner themselves has difficulty with mobility, or the pet. (Or both!) It also could be that you’re a mother of 3 and have difficulty finding time in your busy family schedule to make it over to the vet’s office (for non critical items). The least stressful environment for all when providing a service or care is at their own home.
No barking dogs, screaming cats or ringing desk phones. The smells are the same, as are the people.
Our mission is that we want you and your loved ones feel safe and comfortable, all while having the convenience of quality veterinary care at your fingertips.
On our blog, we document our own opinions on products and services, as well as help you better prepare yourself for potential dangerous situations along with holiday warnings.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
*Please note we are Veterinary Nurses and not a Doctor. These are blogs written from our own personal experience and knowledge base. If in doubt, please contact your local Veterinarian's office.
